Schedule

Please arrive before 18.00, ideally 17.30, so that we start on time.

Give yourself a little extra time to find the venue and park. Obrigado!

17.30 Doors Open

18.00 Start - intention setting and gentle meditation/warm up

Followed by an ecstatic dance journey.

Ends with closing circle at 20.00

What To Bring

Layers, comfy clothes.

This is a barefoot dance, but you might like to bring chunky socks, or whatever you’re comfortable in if we’re indoors.

Feel free to dress up, or down. Like you’re going to a festival, the gym, or bed lol.

Feel free to bring your own yoga mat/cushions for extra comfort in case you want to lie down at the beginning/during/at the end.

Water

Bring a bottle of water (no water at the venue)
