Hello & Welcome to the Innocence Meditation, and your Heaven on Earth journey.

You can go straight into the Shamanic journey, OR start with the Innocence meditation, either one works well. Innocence meditation works well to get you out of your head, into the heart and create a powerful heart coherence.

 

A Little About The Meditation & Journey

I’ve been sharing these for nearly two decades, and they’re up there with some of my most useful, powerful, and life changing tools.

We’re not taught to dream in school, nevermind to connect with our higher self, and get clarity on what we’re REALLY here to create.

So this is your opportunity.

You’ll need a pen and paper for the Heaven on Earth journey as you’ll be writing for at least 15 minutes afterwards.

There is an intro both written, and recorded for before the journey. And during the journey I carefully guide you through, so any questions that pop now will be answered in the intro, or the actual journey. Obviously, if you have ANY questions, please do feel free to reach out.

Heaven on earth  

I use the terms Heaven on Earth, and Land of Plenty interchangeably, they’re the same.

If you change your paradigm, and choose to live in a future you’re going to create, it instantly changes your entire life…so tomorrow can be just another day of everything that’s happened, or today can be the last day of the way you used to be ….

Your future can be the same thing all over again, or it can be a moment where everything that used to happen changes.

A mentor’s mentor named Jerry Ballinger said:

‘A lot of people are standing at the painting of their lives, and they are painting along, but as they are painting, they are looking at what they’ve painted in the past, and they’re just painting the painting… so it’s the same thing over and over, rather than turning around, and looking at the blank canvas in front of them and saying ‘what do I want to do with it?’

 

ONE of the purposes of this journey is to sharpen your focus AND to gain clarity on what you came into this world to create.

So you’re going to get clarity on what is true for you to create in your life; your soul’s path.

Then, you’ll have more clarity on whether you’re operating from your lower self (beliefs, thoughts, feelings).

Or, your upper /higher self (heart, Greatness, imagination).

We will visit your Land of Plenty, which is somewhere on another plane of existence where everything you love, and everything that is true for you to create, already exists.

Then, you can easily shift the power into your Land of Plenty, and operate from there, subsequently creating that.

So, before we begin, I want to mention three things….

 

1. Focus Creates Reality

Where you choose to put your focus, is the reality you create...

 

2. Structure Has Integrity

Something’s structure dictates its behaviour, and its behavior dictates its experience.

In creative terms, what your attention is focused on forms the underlying structure of your consciousness.

The motivations behind what you do in life reveal your true focus.

And

 

3. Choosing Higher Over Lower.

Our higher nature communicates through the higher self, heart, intuition and the magination.

The lower self communicates through thoughts, feelings, beliefs and assumptions.

 

The "Land of Plenty" is originally a Native American, Shamanic visioning technique, which takes you to the place where everything your heart loves already exists.

There you will find the direction your soul is calling on you to take. It will inform you of what you would truly love to create.

As you know, focus is very important, what we focus on, we create.

So now you wiill have something real, true and tangible to focus on… and you’ll meet and begin to build a strong relationship with your future (highest) self.

Your future self can become your teacher, mentor, coach and healer and you can continue to build and strengthen that connection.

This process will allow you to change your state of consciousness, and live more and more in a state of bliss, or the ‘Shamanic’ way; “Feet on the ground, head in the clouds”.

As Albert Einstein says, ‘you can’t solve a problem from the same state of consciousness that created it.’

So on our adventure, and during our time working together, we’re not going to DIRECTLY look at solving your problems, but we’re going to give you something empowering to focus on. A higher structure. Your life - with you, living at your highest potential and joy, creating whatever your heart truly loves.

This is a grounded, real process, which is not just about positive thinking. Instead, it will inform you of what you would truly love to create.

It is a visioning technique which takes you to the place where everything your heart and soul loves and desires, and has already manifested into reality. The place in your consciousness where everything that is important to your heart and soul dwells. The things that are true for you to experience in your life, the things that bring you even more to your Greatness as the divine magnificent being that you are.

Right now, your Land Of Plenty currently, simply lies hidden behind the mists of your beliefs and assumptions, so we’re going to raise the mists and your Land Of Plenty will be there waiting for you to receive it.

The meditation will actually take you outside your identity, or ego, and it’s an effective way of accessing your higher self by tapping into your intuition.
