How To Get There

Photo 2. Follow that little road right to the end & you’ll come to a car park

Photo 3. Then come through this tiny gate, within a big gate, and do a right, you’ll find the venue a little way along on the right (please close the gate).

What To Bring

For the Shamanic Journey/Cacao Ceremony, you might like to bring a journal and pen.

Layers, comfy clothes (if you have soft dance shoes they’re allowed, it is a barefoot dance, but you might like to bring chunky socks, or whatever you’re comfortable in, although the interior, and the dance is no shoes).

Feel free to dress up, or down.

Feel free to bring your own yoga mat/cushions for extra comfort in case you want to lie down during/at the end, however there are yoga mats at the venue.

Important

Although mobile phones/cameras are not allowed, we often have a photographer who respectfully takes photos. You will have access to these after the event. However, IF you are not comfortable with this, jsut let geraldine know.

Cacao

The cacao is made with the finest cacao on the planet; "Keith's Cacao". It is made with coco milk, cinnamon, cardomon and a little chilli. If there is ANYTHING that you are allergic/intolerant to, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
